The conditions for LMIA application eligibility are as follows:
- If you are outside Canada and planning to work in Quebec
- If you are inside Canada,
- If you have a valid study permit or work permit
- If you can work without a work permit (business visitors are not applicable)
- If you plan to work in Quebec and are eligible to apply for a work permit within Canada
This is great news for those who want to gain experience through caregiver LMIA🙌🙌
Given the updates in LMIA application eligibility, it seems that changes to the caregiver immigration pilot program will soon occur.
